Xfinity Mobile Experience, Part 4, Final Review

This article is a long time coming, and I'll keep it short. 


In the 4 months I've had Xfinity Mobile, my service was cut twice for "Fraud Investigation", I've experienced the worst customer experience of my life, heard 4 different answers about whether or not I'd receive the $500 VISA gift card, and eventually received the $500 gift card. 


To be totally honest, I almost cancelled my service after the 2nd time having my service cut off without a way to reach customer service, but a very friendly and incredibly helpful service rep was able to take care of everything for me, and I haven't had any issues since. 



I received an email on my 90th day of service letting me know that the gift card would arrive in 6-8 weeks. About 5 days later, it was waiting for me in my mailbox. 




The service couldn't be much better. In the Denver area, I have service nearly everywhere. For some reason Lakewood seems to be a little bit of a dead zone, but it's MUCH better than T-Mobile's coverage, and at 60% of the cost. 



Xfinity Mobile only seems to be getting better with time. They now offer Bring Your Own Phone, as well as WiFi calling. That would have been incredibly helpful for those times I was without service and had to find a friend's phone to call! 




All in all, I'd recommend Xfinity Mobile, especially since they have so many sign-on offers, such as a $250 gift card just for signing up! The aren't currently offering this, but I've seen sporadic ads on Facebook with this offer. If you're thinking about making the switch to Xfinity Mobile, just remember you need to already be a Comcast customer, but I'd definitely wait for their next promo.
